I began my career as a backend developer, building and architecting eCommerce platforms for businesses of all sizes. That technical foundation now underpins my approach to leading complex digital projects, helping businesses translate ambitious ideas into successful, scalable solutions.
Today, I work closely with clients, discovery teams, and development teams to define what success looks like before a project begins, oversee technical and functional delivery throughout implementation, and ensure businesses continue to maximise the value of their platforms long after launch.
